Art Déco 1929

A rare example of a German Art Deco object that combines the functionality of the Bauhaus idea with the decorative. This handle was used in many representative buildings in the early 1930s. We were unable to identify the designer. These handles, like those designed by Gropius and Wagenfeld, were manufactured by S.A. Loevy in Berlin. The hand part of the handle consists of a hexagonal profile. The t-shaped handle for windows GF29 matches the door handle.
